Q: How soon can I get my order?
A: We ship out orders in 24 hours, so you you could expect to receive it in 4-10 days depending on your geographical location. We accept urgent orders and tight shipping timelines at no extra cost to you, so please get in touch with us to discuss the best shipping option for you.

Q: What is your return policy? 
A: We accept returns and exchanges should you be unhappy upon receiving our product. No questions asked. :-)

Q: How do I determine the size?
A: The weight and height of a child is not a good way to determine size. We recommend dress sizes based on the chest measurement of the child. The measurements listed below are the actual measurements of the gown, not of your child. If your child has a 18" chest, please add 2-2.5" movement allowance while selecting the dress size.. In this case, the child with the 18" chest would need our 3-6 months size. 

To get the chest measurement of the child, measure her around the chest, under the arms (with arms up) without clothes on. Clothing that is a bit too big can always be altered- but nothing could be done about small clothing.

Q: Do you offer customisation services?
A: Whether you want a customised size, length, sleeve or simply want to add or take away a part of the dress, please feel to contact us. Customisation would not cost extra nor require additional time. You could adjust sizes, make changes to the pattern of the dresses, add or take away elements from the dress, and create your unique design. We would be happy to implement them for you, and our customers could vouch for this!

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? 
A: Yes. We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Q: I want to buy in bulk. Do you sell wholesale?
